The Open is here! The Announcement is tonight at 8PM

Reminder: Open WODs

Friday at 5:30pm

Saturday 10AM (9AM if the WOD is going to take a long time or multiple heats, we'll let you know)

If you think you're going to give the open WOD more than one shot, do Friday night. If you just want a great workout, Saturday Morning. If you can't make either we'll figure something out to make sure you get your chance. Just talk to a coach.
