Keep up the hard work all day!
Mindset and Intensity
This is Josh Bridges, well half of Josh. He's a many times over Games competitor. A former Navy Seal, he's usually one of the oldest and smallest athletes at the Games. He's clearly got a mindset advantage over lots of his competitors. But today I'm pointing it out because of search for intensity.

Look at the comments. AndyStumpf212, also a retired SEAL, has worked for CrossFit HQ helping put on the Games. Stumpf says it would be easier with a lighter weight. Bridges responds "False, I'd just have to go faster and do more reps".
At this point it's easy to say something cliche like "That's what makes Champions" or similar. And that's true but it doesn't apply to most of us who aren't trying to be a champion. Dig a little deeper and what Bridges is talking about is INTENSITY. And that is what we can all learn from. Bridges is about getting 100%, a full dose, of intensity.
Why? That's what gets results.
From being a games champion to getting the most out of your workout. Embrace the Intensity. Seek it out. Learn to live there.
