Focus on your Effort. More than a few people asked about not hitting their PR yesterday on Fran. Short answer - yes, the HEAT can and does slow you down by as much as 20%. That's a lot but it's not an excuse or complaint, it's just a fact.
So what can we do when the temps climb? Focus on your Effort. It's the only thing you can control so it's the only thing that matters. Did you give a full effort yesterday? Judging by how people we're laid out and exhausted by a 5 min WOD - I'd say YES! (Even if you didn't PR).
