Another awesome week in the books! Today's a special throwback WOD from the 2011 CrossFit Games. (Technically it's actually 2 events from those games)

7 Deadlifts (315/205)
**Floor Sprint**
14 Pistols
21 Double Unders
**Floor Sprint**
Stimulus:
This sprint catches up quickly. The Deadlift should be movable for the first couple rounds then get rough. The Floor Sprint was across the tennis stadium at the Games, we'll run red wall to red wall in the gym. Pistols should be scaled so you can keep moving but shouldn't be fast. Then breath thru the double unders and run back to the deadlift.
