Stimulus: This is going to be long. Lots of Reps, light or no weights, focus on long consistent sets and moving one rep at a time. Scale double Pull Ups if you can't do bar muscle ups. And use a lighter weight to keep moving. DON'T DROP EMPTY BARS! (Please)
