Strong and Deep Squats by everyone yesterday!  Great Job!  We'll be continuing to test 1RMs for the next 10 days or so to give us a good base for our October Lifting program.  Got questions or concerns about that program?  Don't hesitate to ask!

Box Jumps (24/20)

 

Stimulus: Max Reps at each station in 3 Min with 2 Min of Rest and Transition between.
