(If you felt good at the first movement in Round 1, do the next movement after the Dash in Round 2).

10 Min to work Snatch Technique and Starting Weights


In 15 Min


Front Squats (95/65)

Burpees - Bar Facing

1RM Snatch (Squat or Power)

Stimulus: This is based on Open 18.2 but with some specific differences. It'll be a sprint just like in the Open but then we're hitting a heavy Snatch instead of a Clean. Go all out and give yourself some rest before having to hit the lift. 15 Min window for the whole thing.
