This time of year is full of distractions - parties, travel, visitors, family obligations, and more. Balance is what's needed most during these busy and stressful times.

Balance is a tricky thing. It's not about Quantity, it's about Quality. Let's say you can only make it into the gym an average of twice a week for the month - you've GOT to make each of those workouts really count. Hard, quality, sessions and you can still achieve that balance. Make no mistake tho, it's not easy. Anything worth doing never is.
