Two days into the New Year and I haven't screwed up the date yet!  I'd say things are off to a pretty awesome start!

 

Lifting:

1RM Back Squat (Go Heavy but maybe not a lifetime PR attempt, feel it out)

 

WOD

50 Burpees

40 Box Jumps

30 KB Snatches (1.5/1p)(Each Arm)

20 HSPU

10 TGU
