Awesome job on yesterday's WOD!  We're going to keep turning it up all week!  Get ready!

 

It's time to start getting your OPEN Teams together!  How?  Find 2 friends, one of you has to do all the WODs rx'd, another all scaled, and the last can do either.  

 

We'll have a team sign up at the gym later this week!

3R: 1 Power Snatch, 1 OHS, 1 Squat Snatch

3R: 3 Squat Snatches

6R: 1 Squat Snatch

80 Sit Ups

60 Box Jumps

40 Toe 2 Bar

20 SA OHS (1.5/1p)
