It's been a brutal week so far! Keep it up, turn it up to 110%!

The Open Rundown:

- Open WODs released Thursday Night by CFHQ, Programmed for Friday's WOD

- Open Event Saturday 9AM-Done (No 10AM), 11AM Free Class is a go

- Team of 3 (1 RXd, 1 Scaled, 1 Either)

- Team Sign Up on the Whiteboard today, fill in your team or join a team with a vacant slot.

Here's the Deal:

We're doing the MTM Open for fun. We'll do the same WODs CrossFit HQ releases Thursday Night. It'll be programmed as the gym's WOD all day Friday, then we'll do our Open Event Saturday morning at 9AM. You can do the workout at whatever time works for you, but it if possible plan on getting together with your team and doing it Saturday at 9AM. Doors open at 9am, WODs start after, all wrapped up by 11AM free class - changes by week if needed based on the workout requirements.

Scoring: We'll be averaging the scores of all 3 teammates to give us your team score. Team scores will then be ranked, points assigned, and accumulated over the 5 weeks of the open.

First Score only - only your first attempt will count towards your team score. No re-dos will be permitted. The WOD must be completed by 11AM SATURDAY (with exceptions for travel only). There will be no gaming, testing, retrying of workouts to win the FOR FUN in house competition. You've got all Friday and Saturday morning to do the work out, plan accordingly.
