The Open starts this week!  We've got 13 or 14 teams.  Still want to sign up?  Get to the gym!

 

All you need to be a part of the Open is do the workout on Friday or Saturday.  Plan on working out on Friday?  Then you'll be doing the Open workout anyway!  All you need to do is sign up for a team!

 

Today's Workout is a version of Eva.  Eva T was one of the original CrossFit badasses way way way back in the day along with being an Olympic Skier.  The success Coach Glassman had training Eva T, and her improvement in skiing as a result of that training, was part of the original argument for CrossFit as an effective training methodology - and that those physical improvements would translate beyond the gym, to whatever you're doing.
