Great job yesterday! This week is going to be a little different because of the Open starting up. Which, no, doesn't mean we're not hitting those push up 5s! We are however at the 3rd week of our drop-set lifting. So next week we'll be going a little easier and then testing a heavy 1RM towards the end of next week or beginning of the following.
