And so it is, the beginning of the end of the 2019 Open.  This WOD is going to be tough, that's how it should be.  Nothing worth doing is easy, nor should it be.  

 

Push Hard, Leave Nothing Left, Have No Regrets.

 

WOD

33-27-21-15-9 reps for time of:

• Thrusters
• Chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.

Time cap: 20 minutes
