Great work on yesterday's WOD!  

 

Stark County ThrowDown Friday at 5:30pm!

 

As we've talked about a little at the gym, the next cycle of programming is getting us ready for summer.  We've spent months and months building and refining - now it's time to show off all that work and skill!

 

You'll see higher intensity workout, longer but lower intensity work outs, and lifting for conditioning/retention instead of strength.  

 

Now is the time so show up, throw down, and keep your nutrition clean!

10 Hang Squat Snatches (95/65)

100m Run

2 Wall Climbs
