Thanks to everyone who came out for the Stark County CrossFit Throwdown on Friday!  Great times were had by all!

 

We're back at it and shifting gears to focus on Summer!  Lifting is designed to maintain muscle and build conditioning while WODs will be either Sprint or Breathing workouts.  Focus on giving it your all!

 

Warm Ups are part of the equation, they're not just fluff to get you ready to work out.
