Awesome job on yesterday's squats!  Today we've got a truly unique and tough one!

 

WOD

4 Rounds:

• 400m Run
• 3 Legless Rope Climbs 
• 7 Squat Snatches (130/185)

Time Cap: 20 min

 

This was the first workout of the 2019 Games.  As Rx'd it's a tough workout that MANY games qualifying athletes did not finish.  Don't let that intimidate you!  We'll be scaling this as needed:

Scaling as follows
- Rx'd
- Reduced Legless Climbs
- Regular Rope Climbs (3)
- Reduced Regular Rope Climbs
- Scaled Rope Climbs

- Scale the Squat Snatch Weight as needed - Should be difficult, done as singles, that could include as much as 50% misses.
