Are you finishing off the year or is it finishing you off?
2019 is almost over and we're headed into a new decade. You can wrap it up strong, hitting goals, closing out a strong 10 years and pushing forward... or you can eat and drink like crap and just "hang on" till Jan 1st when you'll finally "get it together".
You're better than that. You're mentally stronger than that. Take control of how you finish this decade. Make it deliberate. Be consistent. Be intentional. And forge ahead to the great new adventure of 2020 on purpose.
