Hooray for the end of the week!  It's been challenging at times, but so worth it.  The Holidays are here.

 

WOD

20 AMRAP
11 - 10m Shuttle Sprints
15 KBS (1.5/1p)
6 SA Farmers Carry (1.5/1p)
8 Burpee Box Overs (24/20
 

Athlete 1 Does the Sprint and the Swings, Then Athlete 2 does them.  Then Athlete 1 does the carry and burpee box Overs, Then athlete 2.
