Today's going to be a little "play it by ear". The weather is supposed to be pretty nice all day, but it'll cool down in the morning and evening. The workout is designed with RUNNING but also has substitutions in case it's too cold to run. Sub any or all of the workout sections as you require. Rx'd will be either choice.
