Amazing week! Even with the changing weather and the new month, you've come in and thrown down!
You've probably noticed we've changed up our warm ups and class structure a little starting this week. Fear not, we're still hitting high intensity workouts with abandon - we're just throwing in some more strength and mobility work to keep you improving, while also structuring the classes to run smoother.
