It's the middle of the week and the temps outside are falling off a cliff. Remember: The Obstacle is The Way. The challenges, the things that hurt us, the things that break us...those are the things that allow us to get stronger.

BUT - they don't make you stronger simply by happening to you. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" is complete and total BullShit. How you respond to what challenges you - is everything.

How will you respond to that problem in your life? That coworker? That Denial of something you want?

Today's workout is one of the easiest challenges you'll face. It's just working out. It's heavy, GO HEAVY. It's meant to take a long time. You'll breath hard but if you make the right choice in weight - you'll spend plenty of time staring at the bar, gathering yourself up, so you can overcome and succeed.
