What an exciting time to be alive!
Today's a long workout, It's been a long week, we've done a lot. It's time to buck up and do more. Sprints on Sprints yesterday, today is designed to slow it all down. Even the warm up (which is a surprise at the gym) is designed to make this workout slow down.
Today is a nice easy and fun jog. Keep moving, but it's not a sprint, the goal is to just make it though in one piece.

3 Rounds of Cindy 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Air Squats
1 Round = Completing all the 12-9-6 and 15-30-45 Reps.
