Killer start to the month. Legs getting strong, lungs getting fit.
Today is a bit more about the lifting than the WOD (don't get me wrong, the wod is gonna be great) but make sure the lifting is HARD with the weights that you choose. This isn't finish a set of 10 with a weight you could've done 20 with. This is grind it out time. This is make those gainzzz time. #3zees
