Classes will remain at the usual times and MTM will remain open unless the state or local government mandates a closure. In that unlikely event we already have a plan in place to keep us all working out, healthy, safe, and driving hard towards our summer body goals.

While the gym is professionally cleaned twice a week we all need to do our part to make MTM a safe and healthy place to enjoy. I'm breaking this into 2 parts - Must and Should do.

MUST DO: - Wash your hands upon entering the gym so you don't track anything in with you. - During class if you Sneeze, Cough, or Wipe your Nose with your hands - go wash your hands. - Wipe Down ALL equipment (including Ropes, Bands, Pull Up Bars, Rings, PVC, Etc.) - Mop the floor where you worked out. - Fist Bumps instead of High Fives - Don't break down equipment till everyone is done

(For those that want to tape a pull up bar. It MUST be taken down at the end of your class. Tape cannot be effectively cleaned between uses. If you like using tape it's perfectly fine, just plan to bring and tape your bar each class)

Should Do: - Arrive early to keep classes running on time. - If possible, change your work clothes before coming to the gym - If you're changing at the gym, do so right as you arrive, keep a bag for your clothes. - Wash your hands before leaving the gym.

There is no need to overdo it on the spray. We're using EPA approved disinfectant that's been diluted per the instructions, spraying an already soaked is wasteful.
