One week to go till we open back up!


We have 2 goals for our reopening:

1.  Safety

2.  Getting each of you as many quality workouts as possible given the new restrictions.


We'll be making the following changes to ensure MTM is a safe environment to workout in.

- Classes capped at 6 people

- Each athlete will have their own dedicated space and equipment

- Signups for the next week of classes will open Thursdays at Noon.

- Due to the limited space a $10 fee will be charged for late cancels and no-shows.

- To start: 3 Classes a week per person.

- Classes will be 45min total - allowing for time to clean up and leave before the next class arrives.

- Our adjusted schedule will be: 6, 7, 9AM - 4:30, 5:30, 6:30PM - There will be no 11AM for the time being.


Later this week we'll be opening the first round of Sign Ups (Thursday at Noon).  This signup session will be limited to members who have stuck with us throughout the quarantine.  It is because of you that we're able to reopen at all - so you'll have priority for scheduling.  On Saturday signups will open for all others.
