Another week down! It's been a bit of a week, tough WODs, lots of news and unrest. It's important to keep focusing on your why. Why do you workout?
For me, it's fun! That's why I do these workouts. It lets me focus on the moment that I'm in instead of the rest of the things around me. Even when the WOD is tough and full of things I don't like, I get to see where I'm at and focus on the moment.
