Another great week in the books!


A funny thing happens when the weather makes running possible but only for a couple hours a day... we start wanting to do running workouts. And by we, I mean me. But because it's unpredictable with wind and rain and it's still cold without the sun out - well, we just can't.


But that doesn't mean we can't replicate running style workouts without the running! And here we have essentially 3 x 1Mile repeats with about Half rest. Time to turn up the heat!
