The first week of the year is going great! As we move into the year we're focusing on complete and all encompassing fitness - building well rounded strength and conditioning to serve as the launching pad from winter to spring and into summer. Sometimes that means heavy big moves and sometimes it means long slogging workouts but not always. We've got to mix things up to make sure our base is wide enough to support all the work that comes next.
