Springing ahead on the clocks and pushing towards the SUMMER!


Now is the time to start getting it together. I hate New Years resolutions for a whole bunch of reasons...but fitness related ones kinda most of all.


Why? Not because they're generally too broad and sometimes beyond possibility. No. Because they're too early for most of us. You get on a kick Jan 1 and you kick ass for a couple months and you succeed! Congrats, you're feeling great and looking great by mid March... for 40 degree weather in Ohio.


If you're like me you like the improving weather but your fitness and aesthetic goals are about July and August. That means that NOW is the time to start kicking it into gear so when you hit that July 4th pool party you can turn some heads.


Time to turn it up and focus on the work.


Also, later this week we're going to be adding some spaces to our classes by rearranging the gym a little.
