Over the years I've gotten plenty of questions about thanksgiving...after all, it's our only National Holiday that's primarily focused on food!
My advice is this: go nuts.
Don't skimp on what you like. Don't try to convince yourself that Kale chips are fine while watching football or that light beer is what you really want, or that cauliflower anything tastes good.
Thanksgiving is a celebration that includes food and you should celebrate with the very best (and important to you) as you can. For most of us, we have deep buried memories about Thanksgiving and the foods we ate around big tables of relatives - and you should use this day to bring those memories back, especially if you aren't able to see your family because it's 2020.
Have all the things that are important to you even if your canned cranberry sauce is an abomination! Bc if it's important to you, that's all that matters today...
AND THEN STOP! Stop I say! One Meal and one Meal only. One plate. When you're done, you're done. If you eat anything left over it can ONLY ONLY be protein. You can't gorge on day old stuffing and more bread and more pie for days and days and days! That's where people get into trouble.
Make it one and done...
And also do this workout.
