Week 2 is live! It's a repeat of 16.2 (not that the announcement made that clear). The only difference is that there's an 8min window to do the first 2 rounds, instead of 4min for the first and 4min for the second. The Time is now, the Day is here. We're into the 2019 Open! The CrossFit Games, and by extension The Open, has always always had a fatal flaw: It's about finding the fittest on earth. That goal has nothing to do with being exciting, unique, fun, or a good show. It simply has to do with testing as many different variables as possible. Great job yesterday! This week is going to be a little different because of the Open starting up. Which, no, doesn't mean we're not hitting those push up 5s! We are however at the 3rd week of our drop-set lifting. So next week we'll be going a little easier and then testing a heavy 1RM towards the end of next week or beginning of the following.
